How much does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. shipping is $4.89. Orders over $75 USD qualify for free U.S. shipping.
When will my order ship?
Each T-shirt is made after you place your order. Orders usually ship within 7 business days, although processing may take longer during busy periods, holidays, or production delays.
How long does delivery take?
After your order ships, U.S. delivery usually takes approximately 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number using the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to update after the shipping label is created.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Check your tracking link first for the latest carrier update. If tracking has not updated for several days or your order appears to be significantly delayed, email support@outfitontour.com with your order number so we can review it.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@outfitontour.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipped.
Sizing & Fit
What size should I order?
Our T-shirts have a comfortable unisex fit. Choose your usual size for a classic fit, or size up for a looser, oversized look. Check the size guide before ordering because measurements can vary slightly by product.
Are your T-shirts unisex?
Yes. Outfit On Tour graphic tees are designed with a unisex fit that works across different styles and body types.
How do I get an oversized fit?
Choose one size up for a relaxed fit or two sizes up for a more noticeably oversized look. The final fit will depend on your body shape and styling preference.
Do your T-shirts shrink?
Our Gildan 64000 tees are made with pre-shrunk fabric, but a small amount of shrinkage may still happen over time. Wash in cold water and tumble dry on low, or air dry, to help preserve the fit and print.
Where can I find the size guide?
You can find the size guide on each product page. A separate Size Guide page will also be available from the footer.
What should I do if I am between sizes?
Choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit or the smaller size for a closer fit. Comparing the measurements with a T-shirt you already own is usually the most reliable approach.
Returns, Payments & Support
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@outfitontour.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the item and issue. After review, we may provide a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We do not currently offer size exchanges because each shirt is made after the order is placed. Please check the size guide before ordering. If the item itself is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us for support.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@outfitontour.com. Orders may enter production quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include major credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and Shop Pay. The exact options available can depend on your device and location.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed through Shopify using encrypted and protected payment technology. We do not ask customers to send payment details by email or through the contact form.
