How to Measure Your T-Shirt
Lay a T-shirt you already own flat on a smooth surface without stretching it.
Width: Measure straight across the chest from one side to the other.
Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.

These are garment measurements, not body measurements. Measurements may vary by up to approximately 1.5 inches or 3.8 centimetres because of normal manufacturing tolerances. When between sizes, compare the chart with a T-shirt you already own.
